Opening the senior civil service training course in Kon Tum

On August 19th, 2019, NAPA organized the senior civil service training course for cadres and civil servants in Kon Tum Province in collaboration with  Kon Tum Political School.

Attending the opening ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Dang Que, NAPA Vice President; Mr. Y Mui, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Kom Tum Provincial Party Committee, training managers and course participants.

In the opening speech, Dr. Nguyen Dang Que emphasized cadres and civil servants training in general and senior civil service training in particular play an important role, standardizing the contingent of cadres and civil servants, serve the modernization of the state administration.

The Vice President stated the training course is not merely eligibility for the civil service promotion exam but is an opportunity for students to supplement the necessary knowledge of state management of different areas for better work performance.

As scheduled, the course lasts from August 19th, 2019 to October 8th, 2019. NAPA senior lecturers will provide advanced knowledge of state management and necessary skills such as delegating skills, motivating skills; project development and management skills; conflict management skills in performing public duities and change management skills…. Provided knowledge and skills are expected to help cadres and civil servants perform well their assigned duties and tasks, improving the effective state management and meet the requirements of international integration.
