On September 13th 2017, NAPA Ho Chi Minh city campus organized the closing ceremony of the 3rd training course 2017 on leadership and management skill chaired by Mr. Hoang Dinh Vinh, Head of Public Servant Training division.
Dr. Hoang Dinh Vinh appreciated the active learning of course participants and he believed that the knowledge and skills gained will support participants in their career.
