On October 14th, 2019, the National Academy of Public Administration solemnly held the closing ceremony of the training course for department-level leaders and managers for officers of the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with the School for Financial Officers.
Attending the closing ceremony were Dr Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President, Mr. Tong Dang Hung, Deputy Director, Training Management Department, NAPA; Ms. Nguyen Kim Anh, Head of Organization – Administration Department, School for Financial Officers; and 29 trainees who are department-level leaders and managers of the financial agencies.
In the closing speech, Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President congratulated the trainees for completion of the course. He praised the attitude of learning of the trainees and the support of the Ministry of Finance and the School for Financial Officers for course organization. The Vice President also pointed out that in order to lead and manage the department, complete the assigned task, it is especially important for department-level leaders and managers to regularly take training courses in which they are enhanced in capabilities, knowledge, skills and methods to perform the assigned tasks better. In addition to the class lectures and presentation, a field trip was organized. At the end of the course, the trainees have to develop a proposal. NAPA Vice President hoped that the trainees would apply the knowledge and skills gained in the course to their practical work, contributing to the development of a modern administration.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Pho Giang, Director, Department of State Reserves, Nghe Tinh region representing the course trainees expressed the desire to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the course to their management activities at work.
