National Academy of Public Administration work with Korea International Cooperation Agency

In the framework of cooperation on scientific research between the National Academy of Public Administration and the Korean partner,  in February 2nd 2016, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) has  a meeting with Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) leading by Professor Doowon Lee – Director of the Institute of Education for the Future regular Yonsei University  .  the delegation also has 06 researchers which are professors at Sungkykwan Yonsei University, South Korea and representatives of KOICA in Vietnam. Dr. Le Nhu Thanh – Permanent vice president National Academy of Public Administration chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting,  NAPA also has the attendance of    many representatives from different departments and faculties in NAPA.

In the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Le Nhu Thanh presented the structure, functions and duties of  NAPA and the Innovation in the training of cadres and civil servants to develop the capacity of officers and employees in order to meet the requirements of the administrative reform. Dr. Le Nhu Thanh also shared the vision and development orientations of NAPA in the coming years. Korean experts appreciated the role, size and innovations of NAPA and they hope to have further cooperation with  NAPA  in  different aspects of mutual interest.

In the expertise discussion section, the lecturers of NAPA  discussed on issues of recruitment and human resource development for high administrative level, public sector reform, and policy development in Vietnam.
