Training course for leaders and managers at ministerial department level at NAPA

On August 4th, 2020, NAPA held the opening ceremony of training course (the 26th cohort of 2020) for leaders and mangers at ministerial department level.

Attending the ceremony was Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President; Dr. Bui Huy Tung, Director, Department of Refresher Training Management; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tu, Deputy Director, Center for Foreign Languages-Informatics and Information – Library; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, Deputy Head, Division of Leadership and Management Training, Department of Refresher Training Management; representatives from NAPA faculties and 70 course participants coming from various ministries and central agencies.

The training course is organized under the Decision No. 2277/QĐ-HCQG dated August 3rd, 2020 by NAPA President. Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Huy Tung expected that the course participants will successfully complete 14 training topics, 04 thematic presentations, 02 tests and 01 project proposal as the course requirement and improve their knowledge and practical experience as well as crucial skillsfor their management at work.

Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President affirmed it is crucial for public leaders and managers to take regular training on leadership and management skills to fulfill their assigned tasks which contributed to building a qualified and professional contingent of public servants with good ethics,strong political stance and competence to serve the people and development of the country. The course participants are required to fully engage in learning activities and strictly comply with the Government’s measures to prevent and combat Covid-19 in the context of the pandemic is widely spreading and unpredicted.
