Comment by Sivongchan Khamvongsay, a Lao student who graduated the four-year full-time undergraduate training program. “I am Sivongchan Khamvongsay, student of the 17th full-time undergraduate training program, major of Inspection. Before studying in Vietnam, I was a police officer at the Department of Police, Houaphan province, Lao PDR. It was my pleasure to study at NAPA and live in Vietnam.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to NAPA Board of Management and NAPA lecturers who taught me with dedication and supported me to successfully complete the training program. NAPA and its lecturers have made a deep impression on me. For us, NAPA lecturers are not only devoted teachers but also close friends. They teach us and at the same time share with us life and work experience, which make us feel at our home country.

Another big gratitude is sent to the faculties, the Department of Training Management for their support during our studying at NAPA.

I wish NAPA a strong development and a truly national, regional, international center for civil service training.

May the friendship between Vietnam and Laos remain forever green and forever sustainable.

Thank you very much.
