Distinguished guests, respected lecturers, dear students, ladies and gentlemen,

I am very proud to be a trainee of NAPA, an institution with a 65-year history of development, achievements, and innovation. Studying at NAPA was a useful and meaningful journey for me.

As NAPA trainees, we are from different ministries, agencies, and organizations at both central and local levels. Experienced NAPA lecturers and presenters who are experts and managers in various fields have provided us with useful knowledge and skills. They have wholeheartedly transmitted to us theoretical issues, practical skills and experience in administration, public management, and new issues of public governance in a systematic and comprehensive manner.

The updated knowledge and skills are important assets for us to apply at work and develop ourselves, improve our sense of responsibility, helping us to perform our assigned tasks of advising and administration.

Dear distinguished guests, respected lecturers, dear fellow students,

During our time studying at NAPA, we are fully aware that NAPA is on its new development path with a new momentum and a mission as the national center for training high-quality human resources, developing administration, leadership, and management capacities for the Vietnamese public service. NAPA is striving to become a national center and on par with the Asia-Pacific region in training, research, and policy recommendation on administration, leadership, and management, promoting its core values of “Intelligence, Quality, Modernity.”

As NAPA trainees, we are delighted and excited about the clear prospects of NAPA’s development. We always believe in NAPA’s future development. With its achievements, NAPA will absolutely fulfill its mission and contribute to the development of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the home affairs sector, contributing to the building of a professional, responsible, dynamic, and merit-based public service towards a democratic, professional, modern, streamlined, efficient, effective public administration which promotes integrity and development and  serves the people.

As NAPA trainees who are cadres, civil servants, and public employees, we pledge to uphold our responsibilities, continuously strive to study, excellently complete our tasks in study and at work, contribute to NAPA’s development, and successfully accomplish the academic year’s tasks. We are always looking towards NAPA’s development and ready for supporting NAPA’s development to continue NAPA’s 65-year tradition and pride.

Dear distinguished guests, respected lecturers, dear fellow students,

We would like to congratulate NAPA on its 65th anniversary and express our gratitude to the NAPA’s Board of Directors and lecturers who have wholeheartedly dedicated themselves to the career of the training of cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
