In recent times, MoHA has also been resolutely focusing on implementing various projects, plans, programs, and tasks related to Information Technology application, building e-Government, and digital transformation, such as implementing the Database of public officials, sector-specific databases, the Intelligent Operations Center, the Digital Archives Project of the Bureau of State Records Management and Archives, Phase 2 of the Digital Transformation Project, etc. To achieve these goals, MoHA needs to enhance communication, learning, and raising awareness among its public officials.

For the training class to be truly successful and meet its objectives, Vice Minister Truong Hai Long requested the speakers provide and convey basic and relevant information and knowledge about the digital transformation situation of MoHA, making it easy for the participants to understand and grasp for implementation. He also urged the participants to uphold a sense of responsibility, strictly adhere to the training program and regulations, listen to the speakers, actively study the materials, and fully grasp the basic content.
