Announcement of 2024 for Masters and Ph.D programs in South Korea

GSPA at Seoul National University plans to recruit 15 students for the Master’s program in Public Management and Administrative Reform. The eligibility is targeted at civil servants from developing countries. Please refer to the following link.
GSPA at Seoul National University intends to recruit 3 Ph.D. students. The most important aspect of applying for the Ph.D. program is to prepare a well-crafted research proposal, explain how you plan to prepare your doctoral thesis, demonstrate your research capabilities for writing the thesis, and describe your financial plan for personal living expenses from the fourth year onwards. Self-funded students are also welcome.
There is the GMPA Master’s program supported by the Global Korea Scholarship granted by the Korean government’s Ministry of Education.  GSPA at Seoul National University plans to select 10 individuals for this program. Outstanding applicants who are not civil servants may also be considered. As this will be a new program, GMPA will announce the details very soon.
All three programs plan to provide support for tuition and living expenses. The official application process will start in mid-March.
