On April 16th 2018, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized a ceremony to officially announce functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of units attached to NAPA.
Presented in the ceremony were Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan, NAPA President; Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Thanh Cuong, NAPA Vice President; Dr. Dang Xuan Que, NAPA Vice President; NAPA staff and lecturers.

Decisions on functions, missionstasks, powers and organizational structure of units attached to NAPA are signed by NAPA President on April 11, 2018, pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 05/2018/QD-TTg dated January 23, 2018 defining the functions, tasks, power, and organizational structure of the National Academy of Public Administration.

Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan, NAPA President emphasized these decisions are of great significance by providing the foundation for organization and operation of the units attached to NAPA. He asserted that the making decision process upheld democracy, objectivity, transperancy, openess, and compliance; involvement of the Committee for Drafting, advisory units, secretariats, assistants, key managers, scholars, faculties and other staff of the Academy. Units attached to NAPA are requested to communicate the decision to all employees, formulateunit regulation as well as recommend people to the management of integral divisions of the units, assign the right work for the right people to ensure objectivity, democracy, justice. Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan hoped that NAPA staff will perform better and contribute significantly to the sustainable development of NAPA.
