On November 18th, 2016, representatives of Laos students studying at NAPA congratulated the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) leadership and representatives from NAPA departments and faculties on Teacher’s Day.
Laos students expressed their gratitude and best wishes toward NAPA professors and lecturers.
Dr. Le NhuThanh, NAPA Permanent Vice President appreciated Laos students’ great efforts and good results in studying at NAPA He emphasized theirtheir active participationed in various cross-cultural activities which left staff and faculty members of NAPA profound affections. Dr. Le NhuThanh believed that these affections would become a wonderful memory and it would strengthen the relationship between the two Parties and peoples of the two countries. He affirmed that NAPA would create best conditions to support learning process of Laos students at NAPA.
