NAPA and its lecturers have made a deep impression on me. For us, NAPA lecturers are not only devoted teachers but also close friends. They teach us and at the same time share with us life and work experience, which make us feel at our home country.
Another big gratitude is sent to the faculties, the Department of Training Management for their support during our studying at NAPA.
I wish NAPA a strong development and a truly national, regional, international center for civil service training.
May the friendship between Vietnam and Laos remain forever green and forever sustainable.
Thank you very much.
