On October 20th 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized the closing ceremony of the E-government training course for public servants. Presented in the ceremony were Mr. Jean Francois Verdier, General Inspector, Former General Director of Administration and Public Affairs Department, Dr. Hoang Quang Dat, Dean of Public Servant Training Faculty, Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Hoa, General Director of International Cooperation Department, NAPA staff and participants.
From October 16th 2017 to October 20th 2017, participants were introduced 11 topics with useful contents related to e-government by professionals from France, Sweden and Vietnam.
Throughout the course, participants were familiarized to the concepts and processes of e-government as well as development of e-government as an instrument for improving public sector performance. In addition, participants also had the opportunity to explore the state of e-government in Vietnam from an international perspective and exchange with professionals about international experiences in e-government development and global challenges on e-government implementation in Vietnam.
