Closing Ceremony of the 4th Bangladesh officials training course

On November 6th 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized the closing ceremony of 4th public administration training course for 31 Bangladesh senior officials.

Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan emphasized that frequent visits of various  Bangladesh delegations to NAPA show growth in training cooperation between MOHA and Ministry of Public Administration (MOPA) as well as between NAPA and Bangladesh Public Administration Training Center (BPATC). Training courses provide an opportunity for Bangladesh course participants, NAPA lecturers and staff to share experience in public administration and development of high quality human resources for the public sector in each country. Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan believed that the knowledge and skills on public administration gained from the training course will also contribute to the development of Bangladesh public administration system.

Mr. Kamrul Ahsan, Joint Secretary, General Department of Roads and Highways, highly appreciated the content and structure of the training course, expertise and teaching skills of course lecturers and invited guest experts. At the same time, course participants found training inputs acquired in the lectures and field trips to government agencies and local authorities useful and practical which will help them to contribute to better public service delivery in Bangladesh. He shared their impression by the warm reception, sharing and support form NAPA NAPA leaders, staff and lecturers during their visit to Vietnam.
