On December 9th 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized the closing ceremony for the 8th training course for senior specialists in 2017.
There were 143 civil servants from central and local authorities participating in the training course which was held from September 16th to December 9th 2017.
The training course introduced 14 topics for lecturing and 4 thematic presentations related to state and law, public administration, State management of different areas, administrative skills. Participants had the chance to visit Son La province and Hoa Binh province for field study trips.
