On December 21, 2020, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City held the closing ceremony of the training course for provincial department level leaders and managers (cohort 25th of 2020). Attending the event was Dr. Ha Quang Thanh, Permanent Deputy Director General, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh city; Dr. Le The Tai, Head, Division of Refresher Training Management; Mr. Doan Ngoc Chau, Division of Refresher Training Management; representatives of faculties and 40 course participants.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr. Ha Quang Thanh congratulated the participants on their successful completion of the course and were granted certificates of completion by NAPA President. The training course provided the participants with knowledge and skills relating to function, tasks, powers of leaders and managers at provincial department level; skills in giving advice as leaders and managers at provincial department level to competent authorities; responsibility of leaders and managers. He expected that they would effectively applied what they had learned from the course into their performance at work.
