Closing Ceremony of the training course for provincial department level leaders and managers at NAPA (the 17th cohort of 2020)

On September 11, 2020, NAPA held the closing ceremony of the training course for provincial department level leaders and managers (the 17 cohort of 2020). Attending the ceremony was Dr. Nguyen Dang Que, NAPA Vice President; Mr. Tong Dang Hung, Deputy Director, Department of Refresher Training Management; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, Deputy Head, Division of Leadership Position-based Training Management, Department of Refresher Training Management; NAPA faculties and the course participants.

During the course, the participants were provided with 11 learning topics, 4 thematic report presentations and experienced a field trip. They learned knowledge and skills relating to tasks, powers and function of leaders and managers at provincial department level; skills in giving adviceas leaders and managers at provincial department level to competent authorities; responsibility of leaders and managers. The courses participants were graded based on their learning achievement, specifically: excellent: 3 participants/27 (accounting for 11.1%); good: 24 participants/27 (accounting for 88.9%).

Speaking at the event, Dr. Nguyen Dang Que congratulated all the course participants on their good learning results and being granted certificates by NAPA President. He emphasized that the Communist Party ò Vietnam and the Statealways paid much attention onpublic officials training which contributes to standardization of public officials in the process of public administration modernization. Dr. Nguyen Dang Que expected all the participants would successfully apply what had been learned into their performance at work.

On behalf of the course participants, Mr. Chu Xuan Truong expressed his gratitude to NAPA leaders and faculties for supporting all the participants during the course and providing them useful knowledge and skills as effective management tools for their better performance.
