On May 10, 2019, the National Academy of Public Administration in collaboration with the Judicial Academy hold the closing ceremony of the training course for senior verifiers and senior enforcers for the Ministry of Justice.
Attending the closing ceremony were: Ms. Le Phuong Thuy, Deputy Director, NAPA Department of Refresher Training Management; Ms. Vuong Thanh Thuy, Head of Division, NAPA Department of Refresher Training Management; Mr. Truong The Con, Deputy President, Judicial Academy; and course participants.
The training course for senior verifiers and senior enforcers provides candidates for promotion to senior verifiers and senior enforcers of civil judgment enforcement agencies under the Ministry of Justice. These courses are organized is one of the The similar courses have been organized by the National Academy of Public Administration in collaboration with the Judicial Academy for many years.
The training course aims to provide updated knowledge and skills necessary for civil service ranks; policy making skills for public leaders and managers in the units under the Ministry of Justice.
There are three components in the training course: advanced knowledge (of state and law, public administration, public policy, organizational and personnel management, state management of sectors); administrative skills; skills for the senior verifiers, senior enforcers. At the end of the course, trainees are required to develop a proposal. In addition to classroom lectures, a field trip to Cao Bang province was organized.
At the closing ceremony, Ms. Le Phuong Thuy, Deputy Director, Department of Refresher Training Management, NAPA highly appreciated the studying efforts of the course participants and congratulated their graduation. She expected that the participants will be able to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the training course to improve their public duty performance. The course participants showed their satisfaction with the learning inputs, quality of lectures of profound expertise by enthusiastic, experienced, professional, skilled professors, and informative presentations by leaders from the Party organizations and State agencies. The course organization and management was effective as a result of a high sense of responsibility and close coordination among course organizers and supporting staff.
