On January 5th 2018, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) Hue campus organized the closing ceremony of the course on, leadership and management for provincial administrators 2017.
Presented in the ceremony were Mr. Phan Luong, Deputy Director of Home Affairs Department; Dr. Ngo Van Tran, NAPA Deputy Chief of Office; NAPA lecturers and course participants.
The training course was held from December 6th 2017 to December 29th 2017 with participation of more than 30 provincial administrators. During the training course, participants were introduced crucial skills for leaders, managerial positions at grassroots level and on-going administration reforms and socio-economic development.
Dr. Ngo Van Tran expressed his expectation that participants will effectively apply their knowledge and skills gained from the training course to their practical work for better performance.
