Functions and duties
Functions:
Advising NAPA’s Board concerning inspection of education and training, ensuring the implementation of the legislation on education and training, and protecting the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations as well as individuals in the field of education and training.
Duties:
- Inspecting the implementation of policies and laws on education – training;
- Inspecting the implementation of NAPA’s regulations on organization and delivery of training programs, examination, granting diplomas and certificates, development of textbooks, scientific research; financial management;
- Receiving complaints and denunciations; investigating and verifying; proposing solutions to the NAPA Board to settle complaints and denunciations related to education and training;
- Preventing and combating corruption in the field of education and training in accordance with the Law on anti-corruption;
- Monitoring the implementation of the inspection conclusions;
