On October 20th 2016, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized the seminar “E-learning: France’s experience and the applicability in Vietnam .
Dr. Le NhuThanh – NAPA Permanent Vice President chaired the seminar with the participation of Assoc. Prof. Luu Kiem Thanh – NAPA Vice President and NAPA delegation members participating in the short training course on E-learning at CHEMI, France as well as NAPA staff and faculties .
In the seminar, Dr. Le Nhu Thanh stated the need and significance of E-learning development at NAPA. Representatives of the delegation presented their reports and result of the training course in E-learning from different perspectives: academic , technical, and management. Participants of the seminar also shared their experiences in E-learning.
After the sharing experience session, the International Cooperation Department introduced a proposal of E-learning at NAPA. The proposal aims to achieve 3 main objectives which are:
- An established initial foundation for E-learning including technology and technical facilities to build and organize E-learning programs at NAPA;
- Enhanced capacity of lecturers, managers and technicians in design and organizing E-learning programs ;
- Operation and management of E-learning programs at NAPA.
In conclusion, Dr. Le Nhu Thanh appreciated the training results of the NAPA group sent to study in France as well as the contribution of participants in the seminar. He also agreed on the proposal of E-learning at NAPA and assigned the International Cooperation Department as a coordinator in organizing activities in accordance with the proposal.
