I. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

  1. Functions

– Conducting training, scientific research and providing advicein the field of public administration, public policy, organization and human resource management.

  1. Tasks

    – Providing advice to NAPA President in: development strategy and plans of the Faculty; training curricular, materials and documents on public administration, public policy, organization and human resource management;

– Developing and delivering training courses on knowledge and skills ofstate management for public servants, officials, lecturers and researchers;

– Teaching undergraduate and graduate training programs in public administration, public policy, organization and human resource management;

– Conducting research on public administration, public policy, organization and human resource management to serve training and others assigned research tasks.

– Chairing and compiling training curricular and materials as assigned by NAPA President;

– Providing consultancy and services on public administration, public policy, organization and human resource management as assigned;

– Other tasks assigned by NAPA President.
