Following the plan of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), on August 3, 2024, the NAPA – Dak Lak Campus (NAPA DAKLAK) held the Graduation Ceremony and conferred Master’s degrees in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Public Management, and Economic Management for the LH8.TN5, HC26.TN3, and KT3.TN3 classes.
Attending the Graduation Ceremony, representing NAPA was Dr. Lai Duc Vuong, NAPA Vice President in charge of NAPA DAKLAK. Representing the campus were Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat, Acting Director of NAPA DAKLAK; Dr. Le Van Tu, Head of the Training and Refresher Training Management Division; leaders of various units, faculty members, and 40 new Master’s graduates from the respective fields.
In his congratulatory speech at the Graduation Ceremony, on behalf of NAPA, Dr. Lai Duc Vuong extended the best wishes to the distinguished guests, the faculty members, and especially the 40 new Master’s graduates at NAPA DAKLAK. Dr. Lai Duc Vuong emphasized that the development of high-quality human resources has been identified as one of the three strategic breakthroughs by the 13th National Party Congress. The Party of Viet Nam has always paid special attention to the work of the cadres, with human resources being a critical factor. Education and training have always been considered top national policies and prioritized in development investment. The master’s degree level is crucial in building a team of intellectuals, scientists, experts, and managers, serving as the foundation for developing high-quality human resources. This is to achieve the goal of education and training, which is to enhance people’s knowledge, train human resources, and nurture talents.
On behalf of NAPA DAKLAK, Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat warmly welcomed and thanked the distinguished guests and representatives for attending the ceremony. He also praised and congratulated the new master’s graduates for their academic and research achievements. He emphasized that in the postgraduate training mission, NAPA DAKLAK always values and appreciates the support and guidance from NAPA Headquarters, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Special gratitude was extended to the dedicated contributions of NAPA faculty members and academics who guided, reviewed, and evaluated the theses, leading to this glorious outcome.
In his speech of gratitude at the ceremony, new master’s graduate Nguyen Van Cong (class KT3.TN3), representing the 40 new master’s graduates, expressed his joy and emotion upon receiving his master’s degree after a period of diligent study and research. He also conveyed deep gratitude to the leadership of NAPA, the leadership of NAPA DAKLAK, and the lecturers who enthusiastically taught, guided, and facilitated the students to successfully complete their studies. Additionally, he gave special thanks to his family, friends, and colleagues for their understanding, sharing, and encouragement during the study period.
