Leadership skill training course for provincial leaders at NAPA campus in Central Highland

In the framework of the cooperation between the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) and Centre of High Studies (CHEMI), the Ministry of Interior, France NAPA organized a training course in leadership and management skills for provincial managers and high ranking officials from Central Highland area. The training course took place from May 23rd to May 24th 2016 and it was taught by three experts from CHEMI.

This is the first international cooperation activity which was held at NAPA campus in Central Highland. Representatives from The People’s Committee of Dak Lak province, the France’s Embassy and NAPA participated in the opening ceremony.

On completion of the training course, the trainees were satisfied that they have gained valuable knowledge in administration and management science thank to the passion and enthusiasm of the French experts. On the closing ceremony on May 24th 2016, Dr. Nguyễn Đăng Quế, General Director NAPA Campus in Central Highland, congratulated all the trainees for completing the training program. He also expressed his gratitude toward the French experts, the provincial leaders and the Provincial People’s Committees for the cooperation in organizing this training course.

Other than the training course, NAPA and CHEMI also shared experience in administration practice in order to understand better the management system of each country . Both parties also looked forward to other cooperation in the future.
