On January 5th, 2018, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized the Master and Doctor’s degree ceremony of 2017.
Presented in the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Trong Thua, Vice Minister of Home Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Thanh Cuong, NAPA Vice President; NAPA staff and lecturers as well as new Masters and doctors.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Thanh Cuong congratulated 14 new doctors and 329 new Masters. He hoped that the updated scientific knowledge and acquired skills will help each Master and Doctor in their practical work. He also appreciated support of supervisors provided to new Master and Doctors during their study at NAPA and encouragement of their family members Representatives of new Doctors and Masters expressed their gratitude for the support of Ministry of Home Affairs, NAPA departments and faculties as well as supervisors and committed to apply what learnt and study further to contribute to country’s development.
