Memorandum of Understanding between University of Canberra and NAPA

On February 28th 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) leader received the delegation from Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis, University of Canberra.

Presented at the reception were Dr. Le Nhu Thanh, NAPA Permanent Vice President, Professor Mark Evans, Director of the Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis, University of Canberra, Australia, NAPA staff and faculty.

In order to improve the quality of teaching and research activities at NAPA in the context of international integration, NAPA has developed a cooperative relationship in training and researching on different fields including Public Administration, Public Policy with many international partners especially Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis, University of Canberra. In this context, both institutions agreed to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Training focusing on the followings:

First, cooperating in designing and delivering joint programs for graduate training in Public Administration and short training courses.

Second, cooperating in developing joint research on governance and pubic administration as well as issues related to public policy.

Third, co-organizing annual workshops to evaluate the cooperation activities as well as improve the quality of cooperation based on capability and potentials of both institutions.

Dr. Le Nhu Thanh, NAPA Permanent Vice President, appreciated the relationship between University of Canberra, Australia and NAPA. He hoped that the cooperative relationship between the two institutions will be tightened, contributing to the improvement of teaching and researching on public governance, public administration and public policy.
