On 25 February 2016, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Mr. Trieu Van Cuong warmly welcome Mr. Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, Executive Vice Minister of Bangladesh Ministry of Public Administration during his courtesy visit to Vietnam.

Participation in the meeting included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luu Kiem Thanh – Vice President of Napa Viet Nam; H.E. Mohammad Shahab Ullah – Bangladesh’s new appointed Ambassador in Vietnam; Mr. Mohammad Abdullah – Rector of Bangladesh Academy of Public Administration and other members from Bangladesh Ministry of Public Administration.

At the meeting, Vice Minister of MOHA Vietnam, Mr. Trieu Van Cuong and Mr. Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, Executive Vice Minister of MOPA Bangladesh both appreciated and agreed on promoting cooperation between two countries on training and administrative science researching between MOHA Vietnam and MOPA Bangladesh through the training courses on public administration for senior civil servants of the Government of Bangladesh which were held at NAPA.
The two Vice Ministers affirmed that in the upcoming time, in a spirit of mutual understanding, MOHA Vietnam and MOPA Bangladesh will further promote cooperation between the two sides.
Not only focus on the cooperation in organizing training courses but MOHA and MOPA will also increase in exchanging research team, sharing experience in public administration in order to develop high quality human resources in public sector of each country. In other word, it will contribute to the construction of the public administration in Vietnam and Bangladesh in a trend of professional, responsible, dynamic, efficient and transparent as well as further tighten the friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
