Vice Minister Trieu Van Cuong, on behalf of the Ministry, extended best wishes to NAPA for the year of 2018 He also congratulated NAPA for its achievement in 2017. Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan, NAPA President wished NAPA staff and lecturers a happy new year, a year of new opportunities of training in 2018. As a customs, symbolic lucky money was presented to everyone as a wish for a successful and luck year.
