In response to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, NAPA President decided to conduct E-training for the undergraduate students from April 6, 2020.
Since the early day of the Covid-19 epidemic outbreak in Vietnam, NAPA prepared a plan for E-training with close leadership of the Board of Directors and active involvement of those departments in charge of undergraduate training.
On April 6, 2020 there were 11 E-classes including 06 classes in the morning from 6:30 – 12:00 and 05 in the afternoon from 12:30 – 18:00.
Attendance of students in the morning session on April 06, 2020 reached 95%. Both lecturers and students easily got used to the new teaching and learning methods and showed their exciting spirit. All classes were on scheduled according to the planned timetable. In general, the current facilities have served E-training well with good transmission, clear sound and sharp images.
Technical staff were present 15 minutes before and after the class to support lecturers and students with necessary technical operations and timely handled the problems such as poor connection at the end of the lesson, difficulty in sharing lecture slides and materials, mixed noise caused by not turning off the microphone.
Most students were ready to start E-leaning. Those in difficult localities, mountainous and remote areas with poor facilities were also active and creative to find out their own solutions to overcoming difficulties and participate E- learning.
NAPA’s Division for E-training and other related units have to work hard to ensure the E-learning go smoothly. Both NAPA lecturers and students are making efforts to get over the challenges to achieve the best results in research and study.
