In his opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien emphasized that digital transformation has become an inevitable trend. Digital transformation is currently a topic of significant interest to various agencies in Viet Nam, especially in the context of the ongoing Fourth Industrial Revolution globally. Many government agencies and businesses have clearly recognized the importance of digital transformation in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and improving service quality. The Vietnamese government has also issued numerous policies, programs, and projects to promote the digital transformation process, aiming to build a sustainable digital economy and digital society. Agencies are focusing on applying digital technology in areas such as management, administration, public service delivery, and training human resources to meet the demands of the digital age. For the digital transformation strategy to be effective, human factors play a crucial role, where equipping individuals with awareness, mindset, vision, and methods for implementing digital transformation are the fundamental, essential conditions that lay the foundation for the success of the digital revolution.
