Participating in IIAS e-conference 2020 is an opportunity for NAPA to show its active role in the international community of organizations, scholars, and practitioners of  public administration, lecturers and administrators. At the same time, NAPA’s lecturers and administrators  could exchange practices in public administration and develop their capacity of working in an international environment. Participation in international conferences is especially significant when NAPA is making efforts to realize its development strategy for the period 2020-2030 and vision to 2045 which has been approved by the Minister of Home Affairs. NAPA aims to serve as a national leading training institution with high reputation, a regional training and research center for public administration, leadership and management, and public policies.
