On March 31st 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) received Centre of High Studies of the French Home Ministry (CHEMI) delegation led by Mr. Alain Drai, CHEMI Department of E-learning and Event Organization. The meeting aimed to discuss preparation for the training course at NAPA to build capacity in E-learning design, management and organization. Presented in the reception were Ms. Pauline Guillaume, Officer in charge of Law – Juridical – Governance program, French Embassy to Vietnam, Dr. Le Nhu Thanh, NAPA Permanent Vice President, Mr. Bui Huy Tung, General Director of NAPA General Offices, Ms. Pham Thi Quynh Hoa, General Director of NAPA International Cooperation Department and NAPA staff.
During the reception, both sides agreed to organize two training courses in April 2017 in order to build capacity in E-learning for NAPA including 1) E-learning for technician and administrator, 2) E-learning for lecturer. Mr. Alain Drai appreciated the NAPA’s preparation and clearly defined requirements for these training programs which helped CHEMI professionals in designing effective training courses which met the need for capacity building at NAPA. He also emphasized that the training program is the opportunity for CHEMI professionals to share their 20 years of experience in E-learning which will help NAPA to design a E-learning training program relevant toVietnam’s context.
On behalf of NAPA, Dr. Le Nhu Thanh appreciated the support of CHEMI which will be the foundation for NAPA to prepare required condition and capacity for implementation of E-learning activities at NAPA in the near future.
