On July 11th 2018, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) and Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) co-organized the training course for principal officials.
Presented in the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Dang Que, NAPA Vice President; Dr. Dang Thanh Le, Deputy Director of Institute of Administrative Studies; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Phuc, Deputy Director of VASS Organization and Personnel Department.

Dr. Nguyen Dang Que mentioned the public servant training should equip public officials with the required skills and knowledge, enhance their capacity to meet the requirements of the modernization process in Vietnam in the context of international integration. This training course aimed to provide VASS staff knowledge and skills in public management, contributing to enhancement of management competency of VASS. He also emphasized that the training course quality will be guaranteed by experienced lecturers and professional administrative staff. Dr. Nguyen Dang Que expected the course participants to be actively engaged in learning activities and class discussion to get benefits of the training. He hoped that participants will apply what they have learnt during the course to their practical work and improve their performance.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Phuc emphasized that the training course delivered by NAPA is important for VASS officials and civil servants since it provides essential skills, knowledge on administrative management e and different management tools to support the practical work at VASS.
