National Academy of Public Administration delegation attending the short training course at Centre of High Studies of the French Home Ministry (CHEMI)

In the framework of cooperation between the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) and Centre of High Studies of  the French Home Ministry (CHEMI), on August 29th 2016, NAPA delegation led by Associate Professor Luu Kiem Thanh, NAPA Vice President, visited CHEMI and attended a short training course in design, management and organization of E-learning.

Mr Jean Martin Jaspers – Director of CHEMI and CHEMI staff members warmly welcomed the delegation which was later introduced about CHEMI’s history, roles, functions, organization structure and training programs. After the briefing, the delegation started the E-learning training course which was held from August 29th 2016 to September 5th 2016. The first session of the training course was General Introduction to E-learning. In the afternoon, CHEMI delivered a session on the Learning Management System (LMS) which has been currently used in CHEMI’s training system. The delegation also had an opportunity to learn about the operation of the E-learning system and observe CHEMI’s film production. The question and answer time before ending the first day of the training course was highly interactive with NAPA delegation’s questions related to technical and financial issues and regulations of E-learning.

On the next day, August 30th, 2016, the delegation was divided into groups to learn deeply the design, management and organization of E-learning.
