He noted that the 2024 Graduation Ceremony is particularly significant for the graduates, as it follows the Prime Minister’s decision to merge HUHA into NAPA. Today’s Graduation Ceremony and awarding of bachelor’s degrees are specific results of NAPA’s mission post-merger. For the new graduates, after a period of studying and striving to overcome many challenges with determination to acquire and explore advanced knowledge, receiving their bachelor’s degrees today marks an important milestone and the beginning of their journey in life, filled with both exciting experiences and future challenges.

He congratulated the new bachelor’s degree holders on completing an important milestone in their academic and personal development. With their university degrees in hand, they are embarking on a new journey filled with exciting experiences but also challenges. Therefore, they need to prepare themselves with resilience, enthusiasm, and a readiness to experience and contribute as young individuals. Besides theoretical knowledge, they will need practical life skills and must continue to self-study, enhance their knowledge, and strive continuously to improve themselves.
