On February 17th 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized seminar “Curriculum Design in E-learning”. The main presenter of the seminar was Mr. Jean – Martin Jaspers, Director of Centre of High Studies of the French Home Ministry (CHEMI). Presented at the seminar were 30 NAPA staff and faculty members.
At the seminar, Mr. Jean – Martin Jaspers introduced the E-learning model of CHEMI as well as the structure of an E-learning course and a sample of E-learning lecture. He also shared his experience in designing learning parts of a E-learning lecture including video clip making, multiple-choices test design, keyword development, etc. Based on ten-year experience in E-learning delivery for high-ranking officials at CHEMI, Mr. Jaspers draw lessons in design and organization of E-learning programs.
After the presentation, CHEMI professionals spent time answering questions from NAPA staff and faculty as well as exchanging ideas of development of E-learning at NAPA.
