On June 2, 2017, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) hosted the 1st opening ceremony for graduate training program of 2017.
Presented in the ceremony were Dr. Le Nhu Thanh, NAPA Permanent Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luu Kiem Thanh, NAPA Vice President, NAPA staff and lecturers as well as 37 doctoral students and 237 master students.
Dr. Le Nhu Thanh congratulated all new students of the graduate training program in 2017 for good performance in the entrance test. On behalf of NAPA’s leaders, Dr. Le Nhu Thanh required students to follow the regulations on doctoral and master training by Ministry of Education and Training as well as NAPA’s regulation; be active in studying and research; as well as follow the study schedule. He hoped that new doctoral and master students are able to overcome challenges during the training to become doctors and masters and constitute the high quality human resource of the government.

A representative of new graduate students thanked NAPA for their support during the entrance test and appreciated the fairness, objectivity and seriousness of the test. New students also believed that they will have a good opportunity to study and research in the best condition at NAPA.
