In accordance with the 2024 training plan of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), on May 4, 2024, the National Academy of Public Administration – Dak Lak Campus (NAPA DAKLAK) held the opening ceremony of the training course for district-level public leaders and managers (Cohort 3/2024) and the training course for provincial department-level public leaders and managers (Cohort 4/2024).
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat, Acting Director of NAPA DAKLAK, leaders of units at the Campus, lecturers, class managers and 81 course participants (including 36 participants in the district-level course and 45 participants in provincial department-level course).

In his opening remarks, Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat welcomed all course participants and emphasized the importance of the training course in enhancing the capacity for the performance of public duties among public leaders and managers at the district and provincial department levels. The training courses aim to provide necessary knowledge on leadership, management, and national governance as well as a system of leadership and management skills in the new context. This foundation will help participants improve their professional qualifications, develop problem-solving abilities, and address practical issues. The content of the training courses will be delivered by highly qualified and experienced lecturers of NAPA. Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat also hopes that with the support of lecturers and functional departments at NAPA DAKLAK, participants will adhere to NAPA regulations and actively study and research to complete the course with the best results, thus enhancing work efficiency at their respective workplaces.
On behalf of all participants, Mr. Nguyen Huu Vu Quang affirmed that all participants will fully attend the modules and strictly comply with the learning regulations. He extended thanks and best wishes to the leaders of NAPA and NAPA DAKLAK for creating favorable conditions for the participants to attend this course.
