On October 22nd 217, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) Ho Chi Minh City campus organized the new academic year ceremony 2017 – 2018.

Presented in the ceremony were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thien Nhan, Politburo member, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trieu Van Cuong, Vice Minister of Home Affairs; Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan, NAPA President; representatives of ministries, southern provinces, training institutions, NAPA staff, lecturers and students.

In the academic year 2016 – 2017, NAPA Ho Chi Minh City campus has trained 3000 students of different degree training programs and 1000 public servants of various training courses, Politburo member  Nguyen Thien Nhan highly appreciated NAPA’s training result and its contributing to training of public servants as well as high quality human resources  development of Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces. He expected NAPA to make changes in training to meet requirements of the industrial revolutions and provide competent human resources for the public sector to serve the people

Dr. Dang Xuan Hoan affirmed to maintain NAPA’s role as a national leading center for public administration training as well as consultancy for the Government on public administration.
