President of the National Academy of Public Administration congratulated the State Management Review and the NAPA Web Portal on the occasion of Viet Nam Revolutionary Press Day

On June 19, 2023, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, President of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) visited and congratulated the State Management Review and the NAPA Web Portal on the occasion of the 98th Anniversary of the Viet Nam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2023).

During the visit to the State Management Review, there were also Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quoc Suu, NAPA Vice President and leader of the NAPA Office.

The NAPA Board of Directors congratulating the State Management Review on the 98th Anniversary of the Viet Nam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2023)

On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of Viet Nam Revolutionary Press Day, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien, on behalf of the NAPA Board of Directors, congratulated the Review and extended wishes of good health and success to the reporters and editors. He acknowledged and commended the Review’s achievements in affirming its position and prestige in each research publication. He also expressed confidence that, with its prestige and capabilities, the Review will keep pace with the development of the world and domestic press in digital transformation. It will uphold the principles, purposes, and research quality of specialized academic journals in administrative sciences and state management while harmonizing with the flow of modern journalism. He agreed with the recommendations of the Review, in which certain priorities will be given to implement the quality and effectiveness of the Digital Transformation Plan for the State Management Review until 2025, with an orientation towards 2030.

In commemoration of the 98th anniversary of the Viet Nam Revolutionary Press Day, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien also sent his best wishes to the staff and employees of the Web Portal of the Academy in particular and the Division of Information and Communication Technologies in general.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien acknowledged and commended the achievements of the NAPA Web Portal, which has made great progress and positive contributions to the information and communication work of NAPA. It has timely conveyed information and provided comprehensive coverage of NAPA’s activities, especially highlighting NAPA functions of training, academic research, and international cooperation in recent years.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien hoped that in the coming period, the Division of Information and Communication Technologies and NAPA Office would focus on coordinating with other NAPA units to access relevant content and direct the NAPA Web Portal towards continuous innovation. The goal is to diversify the content, methods, and forms, increase the density of information, improve its quality, and enhance its effectiveness to gradually meet the requirements of new tasks.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien suggested that the Division of Information and Communication Technologies continue to research and renew the interface of the NAPA Web Portal, as well as innovate communication methods and improve the quality of information and communication. It should closely align with the NAPA’s political missions, ensuring that NAPA events and activities are promptly, comprehensively, and accurately reflected with diverse and multidimensional information. In addition, the NAPA Web Portal needs to proactively provide timely information and create conditions for people and organizations to quickly access official information, thus contributing to the excellent fulfillment of NAPA’s tasks in the future.
