On September 10th 2017, National Academy of Public Administration organized a closing ceremony of the 2nd administration skill training course in 2017 at NAPA’s Hue campus.
Presented in the ceremony were Mr. Le Van Mao, Deputy Head of Basic Theory division, NAPA lecturers, staff and participants at Hue campus.
The training course was held from June 30th 2017 to August 20th 2017 at NAPA Hue campus with the participation of 17 students mostly from universities and colleges in Thua Thien Hue province.
The training course consists of 8 thematic modules which are State in the political system; Overview of the Constitution, Law on Cadres and Civil Servants, Law on Public employees; Personnel issues in state agencies and responsibilities of employes; Skills to formulate administrative management documents, Administrative communication and protocals; Presentation skills; Job application skills. The course also covers some issues related to civil service selection and recruitment examination and. These basic skills and knowledge will help students to gain advantage in the process of looking for jobs and assuming basic tasks when they are recruited by agencies and enterprises.
