On July 28, 2021, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Decision No. 838/QD-BNV on the plan for measuring PAR Index 2021 of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, provincial-level People’s Committees.
The plan aims at measuring PAR Index 2021 of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, provincial-level People’s Committees. The PAR Index will be announced at the beginning of the second quarter of 2022.
The plan clearly identified the tasks to be implemented, time schedule, and responsibilities with consideration of specific conditions. Ministries and provinces are requested to self-evaluate and score based on the set indicators and sub-indicators of PAR assessment and ensure honesty, objectivity and compliance with regulations.
Sociological surveys are conducted for the specific survey respondent groups specified in the PAR Index at ministerial and provincial levels so that they ensure objectivity and conformity with the project on measuring PAR index of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, provincial-level People’s Committees and Decision No. 979/QD-BNV dated November 18, 2020 approving the Project on the information technology application into PAR evaluation and measuring people’s satisfaction for public services in the 2021 – 2030 period.
