On June 3rd 2020, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh city held the opening ceremony of the training course for district level leaders and managers. Attending the ceremony was Dr. Ha Quang Thanh, Permanent Deputy Director General, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh city; Dr. Le The Tai, Head of Training Management Division; representatives of faculties and 80 course participants.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Ha Quang Thanh emphasized that the course aims to build capacity of district level officials. The course focuses on three main competence elements: knowledge, skill and attitude. Apart from lectures, there is a field trip to provide the course participants a better understanding of what they have learned. The course participants are required to self-study and will be provided the best conditions for studying.
