Training course for provincial department level leaders and managers at NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh City

On August 3rd 2020, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh city held the opening ceremony of the training course for provincial department level leaders and managers (the 24th cohort of 2020). Attending the ceremony were Dr. Ha Quang Thanh, Permanent Deputy Director General, NAPA Branch Campus in Ho Chi Minh city; Dr. Le The Tai, Head of Training Management Division; representatives of faculties and course participants.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Ha Quang Thanh  emphasized that the course aims to build public management capacity for provincial department level officials. The course focuses on three main competence elements: knowledge, skill, and attitude. The course participants are required to fully engage in learning activities and will be provided with the best conditions for studying.

The course lasts from August 3rd to August 29th, 2020, covers 15 topics on knowledge and skills, and includes two tests and  a field trip. The closing ceremony of the training course will be tentatively held on September 30th, 2020.
