On December 19th 2018, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) Branch Campus in Hue City organized the closing ceremony of the two-month training course for public officials of the 2nd cohort in 2018.
Presented in the ceremony were Dr. Ngo Van Tran, Executive Director, NAPA Branch Campus in Hue City, NAPA lecturers and staff, course participants.
The training course had 58 participants who are public officials of different units, heads, deputy heads of provincial department divisions and district units, from Thua Thien Hue province and other central provinces. The trainees were introduced 16 subjects of three key themes, including general knowledge of public administration, state management by sectors and territories; and fundamental skills; and two presentations on management practice. They were required to develop a case study of management based on the practical work.
Giving a speech at the ceremony, Dr. Ngo Van Tran, Executive Director, NAPA Branch Campus in Hue City congratulated the course participants and expressed his appreciation to lecturers and staff for their enthusiasm and hardworking that made the training go smoothly and succeed. He hoped that the trainees will apply the knowledge learnt from the training course to build a more effective, transparent public administration.
