Training course for senior civil servants in Can Tho

The National Academy of Public Administration organized a training course for senior civil servants in collaboration with Can Tho City Political School on October 23rd, 2019.

The training course for senior civil servants covers 14 topics, 04 briefings on thematic issues, and 01 field trip. Trainees are required to write a project proposal at the end of the course.

In the opening speech, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Huynh Van Thoi, Deputy General Director of NAPA Campus in Ho Chi Minh City emphasized the training on state management for senior civil servants is one of the important tasks of the personnel work. The training helps senior officials update the state management knowledge and professional, managerial skills in order to improve their capacity in performing public duties to serve the ongoing administrative reform and international integration.

Mr. Huynh Van Thoi stated that the training course not only allows the officials to be eligible  for the civil service promotion exam but also provides an opportunity to supplement the necessary knowledge and skills of state management of different fields and areas to better perform their assigned tasks in their organizations.
