On October 31, 2020, NAPA Branch Campus in Tay Nguyen held the opening ceremony of the training courses for senior officials.
Attending the event was Mr. Nguyen Hai Dong, Vice Chairperson, Dak Lak Provincial Organization Committee; Mr. Bach Van Manh, Director General, Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province; Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat, Deputy Director General, NAPA Branch Campus in Tay Nguyen; Dr. Chu Xuan Khanh and the course participants.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bach Van Manh highly appreciated the cooperation with NAPA in training local officials on knowledge and skills of leadership and management to meet the work requirements in the context of globalization and the Industry 4.0. He expected more practice-oriented training courses for local public servants delivered by NAPA in the future.
Dr. Thieu Huy Thuat emphasized the role of public servant training in general and senior official training in particular. The training is delivered by highly qualified and experienced lecturers of NAPA. Through the training course, the participants will be provided knowledge and skills on public administration and state management required for the positions of senior officials, thereby improve their performance capacity, meet the increasing requirements of state management in the state agencies in the current context. Mr. Thuat expected all the course participants would fully and actively engage in learning activities.
