On November 7th 2018, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) and Department of Home Affairs in Thai Binh province co-organized a training course for senior officials in Thai Binh province.
Presented in the opening ceremony were Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan, NAPA Vice President; Mr. Tong Dang Hung, Deputy Director of Refresher Training Management; Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Vice Chairman of Thai Binh People’s Committee and 30 participants of the training course.

Dr. Vu Thanh Xuan emphasized that training of public officials should not seen merely a requirement for promotion, rather an opportunity in for capacity enhancement of public officials in the context of modernizing public administration. He expected that course participants will make effort in the training course in order to aquire important skills and knowledge in public governance which will help participant in their practical work. The training course will be held from November 7th 2018 to January 9th 2019. It will provide participants with knowledge and essential skills in public governance such as motivation skills; project development and management skills; conflict management and change management skills; and other needed skills to meet requirements of integration
