Course participants were introduced with 15 topics and 03 thematic reports, covering twokey knowledge groups: State and law, state administration, state management of market surveillance; fundamental administrative skills. As required by the training course, the participants had to develop a proposal.Course instructors were NAPA professors and faculties, experts from ministries and agencies.
