On December 12th 2018, National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) organized the closing ceremony of the training courses for officials and principals officials of the 4th cohort in 2018.
Presented in the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Dang Que, NAPA Vice President; Mrs. Le Phuong Thuy, Deputy Director of Department of Refresher Training Management; NAPA staff and course participants.
The trainees were introduced 3 key themes: general knowledge of public administration; state management by sectors and territories; and fundamental skills. They were required to prepare a case study of state management during the course.
Dr. Nguyen Dang Que congratulated the course participants and hoped that they will apply what they have learnt and develop their career.
